We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab setup, which is why we offer a 49-day return window for all accessories and ergonomic furniture. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Portal and provide your order number and email address to start the return authorization process.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into the original shipping box with all protective foam and inserts.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our return standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
